የጌታችን የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን ታላቁ ተልዕኮን መታዘዝ፤ ይህም የምስራቹን ወንጌል ለአለም ሁሉ መስበክ፤ ማስተማር፤ ጌታ ያዘዘውን ሁሉ አማኞች እንዲጠብቁ ማበረታታት፤ ተልዕኮአቸውን ለመወጣት የጌታችን የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ታማኝ ደቀመዛሙርት ሆነው እነርሱ በተራቸው ሌሎችን በክርስቶስ የፍቅር ወንጌል በመድረስ ደቀመዛሙርት እንዲያፈሩ ማዘጋጀት፤ ይህም በቃል” በኑሮአቸው የሚገለጥ አገልግሎት እንዲሆን መርዳት (ማቴ 28፥18-20፤ 2ጢሞ 2፥1-2፤ሐዋ፥8)።
ቤተክርስቲያናችን ለታላቁ ተልዕኮ ምላሽ በመስጠት የሰውን ሁለንተና” (መንፈሱን፣ነፍሱን” አካሉን) ማገልገል ተግባሯ ይሆናል:: በመላው አለም፣ መላውን ሰው፣በመላው ወንጌል በማገልገል ለተልዕኮው ምላሽ መስጠት ይሆናል:: የቅዱሳት ሚስጥራትን ጠቀሜታ ለምዕመናን ማስተማርና ማገልገል የቤተክርስቲያናችን ቀዳሚ ተግባሯ ነው።
